Patellar tendon healing with platelet-rich plasma: a prospective randomized controlled trial

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) enhanced patellar tendon healing after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, reducing immediate pain. However, long-term functional outcomes at six months showed no significant difference between groups.
