Abstract:
The article describes disease known as tennis elbow. Possible causes and morphologous substrate is mentioned. Diagnostics are described briefly. Conservative and operative measures are included. The simplest operative treatment is described. Possible causes of failures in operative treatment are discussed in every case. Analysis of 19 patients treated on surgical Dept. of General Hospital in Novo mesto in the years 1972-1987 is added including possible explanation of four unsuccessfully treated cases.
