Summary

The double balloon strategy using both 23-mm and 28-mm cryoballoons is a safe and effective approach for persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation. This method combines pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) with antral modification, achieving favorable outcomes in patients with persistent AF.
