Summary

Laparo-endoscopic single-site donor nephrectomy (LESS-DN) is a safe, minimally invasive surgical option for living kidney donors. While technically challenging, LESS-DN offers comparable outcomes to traditional laparoscopic donor nephrectomy regarding graft function and patient safety.
