Microstructural white matter damage at orbitofrontal areas in borderline personality disorder

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is linked to white matter damage in prefrontal brain regions. This study used tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) to find reduced fractional anisotropy (FA) in BPD patients, suggesting connectivity issues.
