Purpose of the Study:

To investigate the transformative learning experiences of nursing students.
To analyze the narrative threads of student learning within nursing education.
To identify key factors contributing to student transformation in healthcare settings.

Main Methods:

Employed narrative analysis methodology to examine student experiences.
Utilized the phases of Transformative Learning Theory to guide data interpretation.
Analyzed student narratives to identify recurring themes and patterns.

Main Results:

Identified five key narrative threads: multifaceted learning, experiential learning, human interactions, intertwining personal and academic experiences, and transformative learning.
Students reported the most significant learning and transformation through direct human interaction and experiential learning.
