[Goodpasture's syndrome]

Two cases of Goodpasture's syndrome in men aged 68 and 58 years are described. The disease may go as a chronic relapsing process with rapid decompensation of renal functions and development of chronic renal failure after the patient's refusal to be given glucocorticoids.
