Summary

Magnetic resonance (MR) lymphangiography and lymphoscintigraphy show concordance in evaluating lymphatic drainage. MR lymphangiography excels in visualizing lymph vessels, while lymphoscintigraphy offers superior depiction of inguinal lymph nodes.
