Summary

This study developed a novel molecular probe, gadolinium-labeled antisense oligonucleotide (Gd-DOTA-ASON), for detecting human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) mRNA in tumors. The probe demonstrated effective tumor targeting and signal enhancement in MRI, showing potential for diagnosing telomerase-positive cancers.
