TNF-α promotes IFN-γ-induced CD40 expression and antigen process in Myb-transformed hematological cells

Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) enhances the development of dendritic cells from hematological cells, particularly when combined with interferon-γ (IFN-γ). This combination significantly boosts antigen presentation and immune cell activation.
