Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy in sarcoidosis

This is the first report of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy associated with sarcoidosis. A forty-five year old black woman with clubbing, a history of bone pain, and a four year history of diagnosed sarcoidosis, was found to have symmetrical subperiosteal bone formation.
