Inflammatory breast cancer: is it really a separate entity?

Inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) shows a higher MIB-1 score compared to locally advanced non-inflammatory breast cancer (LABC). This aggressive cancer subtype warrants separate consideration, with MIB-1 potentially serving as a key molecular marker.
