- MRI revealed a non-enhancing lesion with characteristic T1 hypointensity and T2 hyperintensity.
- Surgical excision was performed via a transcallosal-transventricular approach.

- Immunohistochemical examination confirmed the diagnosis of DNT.
- The patient experienced a complete recovery with no neurological deficits post-surgery.
