Summary

Calcified chronic subdural haematoma (CCSH) is rare. Surgical removal of CCSH in a 65-year-old man with hemiparesis led to full recovery and good neurological outcome, demonstrating treatment effectiveness.

  • Complete removal of the CCSH was achieved through surgical intervention.

Implications:

  • Surgical treatment for calcified chronic subdural haematoma yields favorable neurological outcomes.
