Pediatric percutaneous nephrolithotomy using adult sized instruments: our experience

Pediatric percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) using adult instruments is safe and effective for pediatric urolithiasis, achieving a 67% stone clearance rate. Further studies comparing mini-PCNL with adult instruments are recommended.
