Repeat computed tomography for trauma patients undergoing transfer to a Level I trauma center

Repeat CT scans in trauma transfer patients were more common in older, severely injured individuals with blunt trauma. Younger, less injured patients often did not receive repeat imaging, suggesting adequate initial care.
