Pre-operative warm-up exercises using a virtual reality simulator can enhance surgeons' psychomotor skills in laparoscopic surgery. This improves tissue handling during procedures like cholecystectomy.

  • Surgical performances were assessed by two independent reviewers using a modified Global Rating Score (GRS).
