Background:

Hydatidiform moles occur in 1 in 1,000 pregnancies, while ectopic pregnancies affect 20 in 1,000.
Ectopic molar gestation represents a rare confluence of these two conditions.

Observation:

A 32-year-old nulliparous woman presented with vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, and amenorrhea.
Clinical findings included hypotension (100/60 mmHg) and pelvic tenderness.
Ultrasound revealed an adnexal mass, and laparoscopy confirmed a left-sided unruptured ectopic pregnancy.

Findings:

Systematic histological examination of the resected fallopian tube revealed a partial molar pregnancy.
DNA ploidy image analysis confirmed the diagnosis of ectopic partial molar pregnancy.
