[Giant calculus of the submaxillary gland]

Abstract:

We report an unusual case of sialolithiasis submaxillary gland in a patient with chronic renal failure and secondary hyperparathyroidism. The salivary calculus had a size about 6 cm. of length and 1.5 cm. of diameter and came out near spontaneous passage.
