Agrammatism in primary progressive aphasia (PPA-G) and stroke (StrAg) causes similar syntactic and morphosyntactic deficits, impacting sentence processing and verb inflection. Logopenic (PPA-L) and anomic (StrAn) aphasia show different language profiles.
