The ThinPrep Imaging System (TIS) shows decreased screening sensitivity with higher epithelial cell abnormality (ECA) workloads. Limiting TIS workload to seven ECA-adjusted slides daily optimizes sensitivity for detecting low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL).
