Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of liposome-entrapped allergens on immune responses in mice.
  • To evaluate the potential of liposomes in managing Type I allergic disorders by analyzing specific IgE and IgG antibody levels.

  • Balb/C mice were injected with either liposome-entrapped allergen or free allergen at varying intervals.
