Abstract:
Doctor review sites now populate the Internet. Such posts are often anonymous. Doctors cannot respond because of HIPAA. And the information rarely addresses matters such as patient safety and clinical outcomes. Nonetheless, a doctor's online reputation can positively or negatively impact a doctor's business. By following a number of rules, a doctor can proactively manage his or her reputation.
