In this study, the effect of clinical significance, period of therapy, age and sex of patients on the sensitivity of serological test have been investigated. A positive result was obtained in 80% of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, 89% with tuberculosis of the other organs, 72% with a period of therapy less than 13 months, and 91% with a period of therapy more than 24 months. It was found that the patients' age and sex had no effect on the sensitivity of the test.
