Summary

This study introduces a novel aptasensor for detecting cancer oncoprotein platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-BB). The label-free biosensor utilizes aptamer binding to achieve highly sensitive detection of PDGF-BB in sub-nanomolar concentrations.
