Summary

Context:

Intravaginal ejaculatory dysfunction (IED) is increasingly prevalent among infertile couples.
Unusual masturbation habits and psychogenic factors contribute to IED.
Traditional behavioral therapies for erectile dysfunction are often ineffective for IED.

Purpose:

To evaluate the efficacy of a masturbation aid (TENGA) in the rehabilitation of ejaculation for patients with IED.
To assess patient satisfaction and the achievement of normal intravaginal ejaculation using TENGA.

Summary:

Sixteen patients with IED participated in a rehabilitation program using TENGA.
Twelve patients (75%) achieved ejaculation using the TENGA device.
Five patients (31%) successfully achieved intravaginal ejaculation with their partner post-rehabilitation.

Impact:

TENGA serves as a valuable tool for correcting abnormal masturbation patterns.
This masturbation aid presents a viable and effective treatment option for intravaginal ejaculatory dysfunction.
The study highlights a novel approach to managing IED, potentially improving fertility outcomes.
