Changes in accommodation and ocular aberration with simultaneous vision multifocal contact lenses

Multifocal contact lenses (CLs) showed minimal impact on accommodative response in young adults. Spherical aberration decreased significantly with accommodation across all tested CLs, including single vision and multifocal designs.
