Limitations of Medicaid dentistry in the 1980s

A review is provided of the general developments of Medicaid dentistry during the 1980s with emphasis on the variations between the state programs. "In an effort to control rising Medicaid costs, New York State plans this fall to set annual limits on doctor and laboratory visits and prescriptions for its 2.3 million recipients."
