- Histological examination confirmed epithelioid sarcoma with nodular proliferation of epithelioid and rhabdoid tumor cells surrounding necrosis.
- The concurrent presence of epithelioid sarcoma and Volkmann ischemic contracture is exceptionally rare.

- This case underscores the diagnostic challenges of epithelioid sarcoma, which can be mistaken for other sarcomas or granulomas.
