  • It achieves more medial and posterior placement of the medial canthal angle.
  • The procedure preserves or reestablishes the almond-shaped canthal angle.

  • Indicated for medial ectropion with non-functioning or acceptable loss of canalicular function.
  • Offers a permanent solution, avoiding recurrence of canthal tendon laxity.
  • Provides a fast, easily performed surgical option with multiple advantages.
