Serrated polyposis: prospective study of first-degree relatives

Summary

First-degree relatives of serrated polyposis patients have a high incidence of this condition, indicating a need for regular colonoscopy screening. This study highlights the importance of genetic predisposition in serrated polyposis (SP) and colorectal cancer (CRC).
