Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy for obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) significantly reduces hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in exhaled breath condensate (EBC) after six weeks. This indicates reduced airway inflammation and oxidative stress in OSA patients.
