Summary

Alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) in low-density lipoprotein (LDL) prevents oxidation. Supplementing LDL with alpha-tocopherol or adding flavonoids like morin inhibits LDL oxidation, but individual LDL antioxidant content varies.
