Summary

This study shows that an internal anchored retraction system is effective for single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (SPLC) in patients without inflammation, improving operation time and reducing tissue damage. Surgeons quickly mastered SPLC, achieving proficiency comparable to four-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (4PLC) after eight cases.
