DOG1 immunoreactivity in uterine leiomyosarcomas

DOG1, a marker for gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), was found in 27% of uterine leiomyosarcomas. This finding may cause diagnostic confusion, highlighting the need for multiple markers in diagnosing uterine mesenchymal neoplasms.
