Bosentan therapy improved microvascular damage in systemic sclerosis (SSc) patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) showed a shift from severe capillary loss to an active pattern, suggesting improved angiogenesis.
