This case report details a 10-year-old boy with precursor T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia presenting with bone marrow necrosis. Early chemotherapy led to resolution, indicating a better prognosis in pediatric cases.

Background:
- Bone marrow necrosis (BMN) is a clinicopathological condition often diagnosed postmortem, but also seen with malignancy.
- Morphologically, BMN involves disruption of marrow architecture and necrosis of myeloid tissue and stroma.
