Using step cadence goals to increase moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity

A step cadence goal, unlike self-selected or 10,000-step goals, significantly increases moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) in bouts lasting over 10 minutes for Latina women.
