Geriatric hypotensive syndromes are not explained by cardiovascular autonomic dysfunction alone

Orthostatic hypotension (OH), postprandial hypotension (PPH), and carotid sinus hypersensitivity (CSH) are common in older adults. Cardiovascular autonomic function tests did not differ between patients with and without these conditions, suggesting multifactorial causes.
