Analysis of Litopenaeus vannamei transcriptome using the next-generation DNA sequencing technique

This study presents the first high-throughput transcriptome analysis of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) larvae, generating extensive gene data. The findings significantly expand the genomic resources for this commercially important crustacean species.
