Plasma viscosity levels in pulmonary thromboembolism

Elevated plasma viscosity may be a risk factor for pulmonary thromboembolism (PE). This study found higher plasma viscosity in PE patients compared to healthy individuals, suggesting a potential link to thrombosis development.
