A rare coexistent normal fetus with a complete mole can be successfully managed, leading to a healthy birth. This case highlights effective management of complications during pregnancy with a molar pregnancy and a viable fetus.

  • The patient experienced multiple pregnancy complications.

Findings:

  • Successful management of the complicated pregnancy until 30 weeks' gestation.
  • Delivery of a healthy, normal female fetus.
  • Complete maternal recovery with no evidence of persistent trophoblastic disease post-delivery.

Implications:

  • Continuing pregnancy with a molar pregnancy and coexistent normal fetus is possible with appropriate management.
