Utilizing implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) electrograms (EGMs) can guide ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation when arrhythmias are not inducible. This strategy successfully treated a patient with VT storm, keeping them arrhythmia-free for 11 months.
