  • Behavioral assessments (Fugl-Meyer, SIS, COPM) and neuroimaging (transcranial magnetic stimulation [TMS]) were used to measure motor function and neuroplasticity.
  • Occupational participation was documented throughout the intervention period.

Findings:

  • Significant improvements were observed in all measured behavioral outcomes, indicating clinically relevant motor recovery.
  • Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) revealed evidence of bihemispheric corticomotor reorganization, suggesting adaptive brain changes.
