Fasting remnant lipoproteins can predict postprandial hyperlipidemia

Fasting triglyceride-rich lipoprotein levels, particularly RemL-C, RLP-C, RLP-TG, and TG/apoB, effectively predict postprandial hyperlipidemia in healthy individuals. Adiponectin levels did not prove to be a significant predictor in this study.
