Latent epilepsy in pilots: two case reports

Latent epilepsy was diagnosed in two long-term pilots after experiencing sudden convulsions. Electroencephalogram (EEG) findings confirmed epilepsy, leading to their suspension from flying duties and a new EEG requirement for pilot selection.
