Calcitriol modulates the CD46 pathway in T cells

Active vitamin D (calcitriol) enhances regulatory T cell responses in multiple sclerosis (MS) by modulating the CD46 pathway. Calcitriol promotes IL-10 secretion, suggesting potential therapeutic benefits for MS patients.
