[Pulmonary cryptococcosis--a rare differential diagnosis of intrapulmonary coin lesions]

In connection with a case of pulmonary cryptococcosis, the clinical manifestations, radiological findings and therapeutic possibilities are discussed. Although pulmonary cryptococcosis is relatively uncommon, the diagnosis should be considered in any immunologically compromised patient with an abnormal chest roentgenogram.
