Association between heart rate variability and systemic endothelin-1 concentration in normal-tension glaucoma

In normal-tension glaucoma patients without systemic diseases, lower heart rate variability (HRV) was linked to reduced endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels. This suggests autonomic dysfunction may influence glaucoma development.
