Background:

Orbital metastases are rare occurrences in cancer patients.
Enophthalmos, a clinical sign of orbital disease, can be caused by various factors.

This study examines orbital metastases characterized by a histologically typical enophthalmos and a profuse fibrous stroma.
A total of 18 cases are reviewed, including 16 from existing literature and 2 personal cases.
